The FDIS-ballot of the three parts of ISO/FDIS 28560
is still delayed. Now the three standards are sent to the ISO Central
Secretariat from the ISO TC46/SC4 secretariat. During the last months the editors
had adjusted the text in dialogue with SC4 secretariat and ISO Central
Secretariat. Now but now style and formatting of the text meets the
requirements from ISO Central Secretariat. It is important to underline that
the technical content, data models and encodings are technically sound and
stable.
